Most items ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise mentioned. Unless otherwise stated the item in the picture is a sample and you will receive either a stock item or an item made to order. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Paying with PayPal is secure, fast and easy.

We ship our orders via first class Air Mail. All items are shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise mentioned.
If you are in a hurry please contact us we might be able to accommodate.
Delivery normally takes 7-15 working days to most destinations outside the EU. .
WHAT ABOUT TAXES AND CUSTOMS:
You are responsible for all taxes and customs in your country.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
MY ITEM IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED:
I make every effort to describe and picture my work as accurately as possible. If you have any additional questions l encourage you to contact me as many times as you like, l am never tired of providing you with information and your questions help me improve my customer service.
However, buying on-line always involves the risk of receiving something different from you have imagined. I want you to be happy with your shopping experience, so as long as you return it to me in five working days from the day of receipt l will refund you in full including the cost of the return shipping (refunds are processed via PayPal once we receive the returned goods, return shipping charges must be agreed upon beforehand ).
Please note that this does not apply for custom orders and sale items. In these cases all sales are final.
MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT
In the rare case that an item is lost in transit please contact us to arrange for a refund.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY/DAMAGED:
All my creations go through vigorous quality control before they are carefully packaged and sent to you. If however you receive an item that appears to be faulty or damaged l please contact me immediately to arrange for an exchange, repair or refund.
